survey squad review

Product Name: Survey Squad

Author: Unknown

Price: Free

Rating: 4.3 out of 10

Verdict: As I’ve said before, most survey platforms suffer from the same issues – lack of surveys among other things. It appears that Survey Squad is no different and suffers from the same pitfalls as other problematic survey programs.

One of the most popular ways to make money online is by doing paid surveys. It’s been one of the top search engine results for whenever a user searches for ways to make money online. It’s an attractive option for many because it sounds super easy, and rightfully so. You just answer a question and you get paid – what’s not to love?

I’ve already discussed in my earlier articles the negatives of doing paid surveys online. The short version of it is it does not pay well. To be fair, if your only goal is to make side money off it, then the pay rate is passable. However, if you are expecting a good salary from it, then you shouldn’t expect much.

Keeping up with the discussions above, I am about to review a paid survey online called Survey Squad. I am going to present you with the facts surrounding this platform. By the end of this review, you will have learned if this side gig is worth your time or not. This program has the appearance of being legit but let’s check again anyway to make sure.

What Exactly Is Survey Squad?

Survey Squad is an online paid survey panel that pays its users for completed surveys and interviews. That’s really there is to it if you want a summary of it. It isn’t that much different from other paid survey websites since all of them are practically built on the same underlying principle – you answer questions then you get paid.

The main difference between paid survey online opportunities is probably the consistency of the surveys. Most survey platforms don’t have regular survey supplies making it difficult to earn consistent money on them. In my opinion, that is the top quality that makes or breaks a survey platform.

Survey Squad, as far as I could tell, also suffers from the same issues as other smaller survey sites. It does not appear to have its consistency down, which pushes the earning potential down. We’ll discuss more about this issue in the coming sections below.

Survey Squad History

Not much is known about the history of this company. It is owned by another company called Focus Forward, which is a company that focuses on market research. It makes sense that they have an online survey division in their company.

Normally, smaller survey sites would have a person as head of the company. That isn’t the case here.

How To Become A Member?

All you have to do is go to their website and click the “Join” button.

The registration is pretty simple. All you have to do is input your email address, name, state, and other minor information about yourself. The information you provide will be used by their algorithm to determine which survey types are you suited for.

While some survey companies would have a strict requirement like “medical professionals only,” this company does not appear to have one. You just need to be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. At the time of this writing, they don’t accept people outside the USA.

How Many Survey Opportunities Are You Eligible For?

As I’ve said, you need to complete your profile before you can see how many survey opportunities are available to you. Once you do that, you need to apply for each study to show interest.

This part can be just down to your luck since your eligibility would most likely be determined by your profile. If you do not belong in a certain demographic that is in-demand, then you won’t get any survey opportunities at all.

But there are ways to increase your chances. You can follow them on Twitter to see the latest available posts.

Other Ways To Earn Money On Survey Squad

Apart from doing surveys, there is another way for you to earn money on Survey Squad.

Every time you finish a survey, you are automatically given a ticket with a chance to win their monthly sweepstakes, with the chance of winning $100 – $300.

Unfortunately, they don’t have another way of making extra money on their platform. I hear that they are working on a referral program, which 90% of survey companies already use. If completed, a referral opportunity basically would give you another earning opportunity on Survey Squad.

But if you are looking for another opportunity that isn’t just about answering surveys, you may want to check out my review of the best online money-maker I’ve come across on the internet – click here. It is where I get most of my income, and you can utilize this program, too.

How Much Can You Earn From Survey Squad?

You have 3 main types of surveys here – In-Person Studies, Telephone Surveys, and Single-Session Survey.

In-person studies is the fastest of the 3 in terms of the time required. As the name suggests, all you have to do is meet up with the person conducting the internet through the internet, answer a couple of questions, and you’re all set. You get $1 – $5 once you finish which would get sent as a check, cash, or gift check, depending on your preference.

Telephone surveys take a lot longer to process. For this one, you will need to talk to an operator, sometimes AI, and answer a few questions. The payment is around $5 and above, depending on the difficulty of the questions. You will get paid via check 6-8 weeks after you finish it.

The single-session survey is probably the easiest of the three. You will earn points that will immediately be credited to your account once you finish the questions. You can request a withdrawal once you hit 20,000 points ($20) through either gift cards, check, or cash. Each survey can net you between 1,000 – 5,000 points.

The Verdict – Is Survey Squad A Scam?

Compared to other survey sites, there is a lot to like about this platform. The payment is clearly above average, especially when compared to other survey sites with comparable size. My only gripe with the payment is the lack of Paypal and other similar payout options.

As I’ve said before, most survey platforms suffer from the same issues – lack of surveys. It appears that Survey Squad is no different. You will see plenty of users reporting 6 months of inactivity due to a lack of surveys. To be fair, that may be because they don’t belong in an in-demand demographic. Nevertheless, if you do join, keep this issue in mind so you won’t be disappointed.
