There has been a lot of paid survey companies to choose from today and all of them claim that they are the best on the market.

Obviously, this isn’t possible since there can only be one “best” and with everybody claiming that they are that one, it kind of makes every claim dubious.

The fact is, there really isn’t the best because not one company can excel in all aspects of doing business. Some companies may be best in one aspect but bad in others.

What I’m trying to say is everything is relative and all comes down to your preference of what type of company you’re looking for at the moment.

Today, we’re going to look into a relatively new company that is a bid modest on its claim, which is quite refreshing. It is a paid survey program that doesn’t have ridiculous claims.

In the world of paid survey companies today, that is quite a rare find. The name of the company is Survey Spotter.

Survey Spotter is a new survey aggregator company which claims to help their clients land good survey questionnaires from reputable survey companies or third-party survey provides. They do not give out the surveys themselves but connect their users to reputable survey companies.

They claim to only list reputable survey companies to ensure that the surveys their clients will be answering are all legit.

Basically, their main mission is to only bring quality people and clients under its care to ensure a win-win scenario for both parties involved.

It’s a mighty fine goal for a company because it shows that they care about their clients and uses all the same. But how true is this statement, really?

What Exactly Is Survey Spotter?

Survey companies basically operate the same way as other survey companies wherein you earn your money just by answering surveys and questionnaires.

Most survey companies don’t tell you about their screening process but once you have registered on their service, you will surely realize that the participants have been screened prior to being given the questionnaire.

Now, as for their difference with other survey questionnaires – they are refreshingly honest about the amount you are going to earn if you proceed with the program.

Unlike other survey companies, they are upfront about their users’ potential earnings, referring to these earnings as extra money, or a supplemental income.

As they are saying this, they are also warning their users against survey companies making grand claims. They say that if a survey company claims an amount that seems unlikely, it is indeed unlikely, and you’re possibly being targeted in a scam.

How Do You Earn Using Survey Spotter?

Survey Spotter will link you to its clients, giving you access to surveys and questionnaires. However, they will not actually help you in communicating with the clients.

Unlike other survey companies, they won’t act as middlemen. Basically, you are on your own once you have chosen a client, or if a client chooses you.

This could be both good or bad depending on how you look into it. Firstly, there is no guarantee that your client is reputable or trustworthy.

Even if Survey Spotter almost guarantees the legitimacy of their clients, they can never screen everything on their own. As such, there will scam companies that might slip through the cracks.

 

But worry not since these companies are rare and it’s actually very easy to spot them. The first sign you need to look into is if they are asking for a joining fee. If they are, chances are, they are running a scam.

A reputable survey company would never ask you money before you can do a job – that’s like the complete opposite of getting a job. They should pay you, not the other way around.

 

Biggest Issues With Survey Spotter

The income you will get from Survey Spotter is not enough to sustain you unless you live a very modest life, or live inside a cave.

The truth is, the potential income is very small and can only act as a supplemental income at best. Yet, it is still additional money which is always a good thing.

To be fair to the company, they actually do tell on their website that what you will earn can only be considered as “pocket money.”

One thing you can say about this company is it is almost honest to a fault. And that is refreshing considering the number of ridiculous claims from many companies.

As I’ve said above, you are on your own when it comes to dealing with third party companies. In a way, you are almost left to figure out if a third party company is legit or not.

You may as well have been searching on Google for a legit company because wading through hundreds of third-party companies will never be fun.

 

Is Survey Spotter A Scam?

The short answer is NO. Survey Spotter is not a scam by any stretch. It’s actually an honest take on survey sites because for once, as it tells its users how hard it is to make money on this industry, and even if you make some, it’s not enough to sustain your lifestyle.

If you can take away anything from this review is that paid survey companies are just pocket changes. Yes, it’s true that you can earn but you will never earn enough from it alone.

That is the reason why many survey companies incorporate recruitment to their payment system, sort of like a pyramid scheme.

Many survey companies are guilty of doing this but adding the recruitment part does increase the potential income by a lot. However, one can argue that that is an unsustainable way of making money, and I have to agree with that.

Overall, if you want to earn a paycheck, much similar to the ones you are getting from your job, it’s best to stay away from survey companies altogether.

There just isn’t enough money on this industry to go around. You will never earn enough answering from surveys alone and there can only be so many surveys before you run out of things to answer.
