Is Neora A Scam? Is This MLM The Real Deal?

Is Neora A Scam?

neora review

Product Name: Neora

Price: $250 – $1750

Rating: 5.0 out of 10

Verdict: Neora does not appear to be a scam but it does not look like it can be a good money-maker because of the quality and pricing of its products.

Before I start with my Neora review, I should first say that I am in no way affiliated with this program. This is a third-party review that aims to give an unbiased and fair look into this company to help you determine its legitimacy.

The reason I chose this company to review is that it claims to be an online earning opportunity for people all around the world. Now, I can’t really say whether this claim or true or not without providing all the facts and details about this company. And that’s what I am going to do today.

Let’s start.

What Is Neora?

Neora is an MLM company that is based in USA. It is headquartered in Addison, Texas and founded in 2011 by Jeff Olson.

It is an MLM company which means that recruitment is a part of its core. Most MLM actually puts most of their stock on the recruiting part instead of selling, which is a good indication of whether the company is going to succeed or not. If an MLM company puts too much emphasis on the recruiting part, they are at a greater risk to fail since there are only so many people that you can recruit.

Needless to say, if you are able to determine the main goal of an MLM company, it is easier to see whether it’s profitable or not. Frankly, that’s what I am here for.

Here are the people behind this MLM program.

Are The Products Of Neora Worth The Price?

Neora doesn’t stray far from the MLM stereotype. If you are familiar with many MLM companies, you can guess with high accuracy what types of products they sell. From my experience, I can say that more than 75% of MLM companies sell products that are related to health, body care, home essentials, and many other holistic types of products.

Neora goes the skincare route, which matches the blueprint of most MLM companies. Rarely would I see a product that is not related to the products I’ve mentioned above.

Now, the question is whether those products are worth it or not? More often than not, MLM products are overpriced to the point that it’s hard to justify buying one. They are usually priced twice as their competitors at the minimum. Some would even go up to 20x the suggested retail price.

For this company, their products are priced well above the market price. And by well above, I mean at least 5x what is normal pricing. Are their products so good that this pricing is justified? Probably not. It’s just the way MLM companies operate.

Neora Products

Their products are divided into 2 big categories – hair care and skincare.

  • SAL-14
  • Eco-Veil
  • Sig-1273
  • PhytoLumina
  • IFIL4R
  • SIG-1191
  • And hair products

neora products

At first glance, these products sure look to be cutting-edge products because of their name. If you actually look at their ingredients, they’re no different than the products you’d find on Amazon on the section of skincare. The only difference is this is 10x the price.

They use the buzzwords toxins, anti-oxidants, peptides, proteins, and other similar words to create hype or mystic around their product. In truth, these ingredients are almost always present in all cosmetic skincare products available on the market. There’s nothing earth-shattering about the ingredients they’ve used.

Are Their Products Good?

One of the key identifiers if an MLM is going to last is the efficacy of their products. If their products are good and marketable, chances are, the MLM would last a long time. Take a look at Avon. It’s one of the longest-running MLM on the planet and all of that is because they pioneered many product lines on the cosmetic industry.

As for Neora, the users seem to be divided on its effectiveness. You will see plenty of glowing reviews about their product. You will also see plenty of clients not satisfied with what they got. To be fair, when you’re playing top price, you expect the product to be an improvement to most products.

Majority of the reviews values it as average, probably just as effective as its competitors that are priced way lower than them.

Compensation Plan

This is yet another part of the structure that can either make or break the program. If the compensation package is too cheap, you won’t earn much from it. If the opposite is true and it’s way too generous, then it’s highly likely that it will fail a lot faster than usual.

MLM companies need to tread lightly if they want their business to go the distance. As for Neora, they must be doing something right since they’ve been at it for 9 years now. Let’s take a closer look at their compensation package.

Recruitment Structure

As with all MLMs, you need to refer someone to the program to help it grow. You can opt not to do that but you’re basically cutting off one avenue of earnings from your hands.

Neora does not provide their compensation plans publicly. But we can assume, and with high accuracy at that, that it’s going to be the same as other MLM companies out there. I’ve yet to see an MLM company that provided a radical way of paying referral.

Basically, you get a commission every time you successfully refer someone into the program. They will be your downline. Every time they buy a product, you get a commission. They recruit someone, you get a small commission, too. That goes on up to several levels. The only differences between MLM companies are the percentages they payout but it’s the same system overall.

The Verdict – Is Neora A Scam?

Neora does not appear to be a scam. The products that this company is selling look to be legit and working however expensive that may be.

The better questions would be – can you earn from Neora? The answer to that is yes but with a lot of reservations. You ultimately have two ways to make money from it. You can resell your Neora products or focus on recruiting people in the program.

Frankly, whatever your choice of the two is, it would be hard to make a living out of it. If you focus on recruiting, you will find out soon enough that it’s the most difficult aspect of doing MLM. It takes a lot of time and effort to convince someone of investing, more so if the product is worth a thousand bucks.

Now, if you focus on reselling your items, you need to be a marketing genius to pull it off. If you compare it to similar products on the market, it’s way overpriced, more than 5x the retail price. There’s simply no way to move this product consistently.

Frankly, there are a lot of better alternatives out there. I’m really not a fan of MLM so I’d suggest something that is way different than MLMs. It’s affiliate marketing and it’s how I make my money online. Check it out.
