It is a legitimate form of company, that offer their customers a lot of goods at a good rate, most reviews have not clearly stated the various opportunity the company tends to offer their customers.

What I Like About iOffer

  • The site is very simple and easy to use.
  • Free listing and charging fees only when items are sold.
  • They accept payment through PayPal:  iOffer provides you the opportunity to use this trusted company to make your payment, and if you are not satisfied with what was delivered to you, you can always run to PayPal to dispute and have your money back.

What I Don’t Like About iOffer

  • The company provides little in the way of buyers and sellers protection for fraudulent and other problem transaction.
  • The company doesn’t provide customer service via telephone.
  • A lot of customers complain about their products are not delivered.
  • Poor customer service.

Should I Make iOffer My Online Retailer?

At the end of the day, it is you that works very hard for your money so, before you make any transaction online you should truly understand how the company operates and how much risk is involved.

The site does not go to bat for you in a dispute because the company doesn’t handle sales of items, receive payments, ship items, or provides refunds. They only offer sellers stores and facilitate the transaction.

So, while prices might seem great, there is always a risk you will get screwed. There are more than 100 + complaints on the Internet. Here is one of them.

If an item is priced far below market, does not include an accurate description and the seller cannot further detail, the actual products probably don’t exist.

Since we have gone through the various ways the company operates, whether you believe this is the type of company you prefer as your online retailer is up to you.

Final Thought: Is iOffer A scam?

In my opinion, the company is legit and offers their customers lots of quality products with competitive price, the only issue with the company is that they do very little to help buyers dispute.

Apart from that, every other thing about iOffer is just fine.

If you think you are still not fine with the company, you may decide to order for a cheap product and see if they deliver it to you as promised.
