Is Gold Opinions A Scam?

Product Name: Gold Opinions

Price: $27 membership fee per month

Rating: 2.6 out of 10

Verdict: Gold Opinions is a glorified directory for survey websites. If you’re okay with paying $27/month for this kind of listing service, that is for you to decide. The choice couldn’t be any clearer though – skip this one!

One of the most common ways to make money online is through answering surveys – that is, if you believe the results on the internet. If you do a quick Google search on ways to make money, you will be greeted with thousands of different ways to make money. A good chunk of these would be survey options which gives the impression that this is the best way to earn money online.

Now, earning from answering surveys is actually possible, but it’s not the best. It’s not even close to being the best. In fact, it’s one of the most basic online money-making tasks you can do. What this means is that it doesn’t pay as good as other options.

If you want to know more about better options, I suggest you go to my #1 most recommended program. If you want to learn if survey programs, like Gold Opinions here, is worth your time, then stick to this review.

What Exactly Is Gold Opinions?

Gold Opinions is a survey site that claims to help its users earn thousands of dollars a month just by answering surveys. It’s very different to the usual survey sites in that it claims thousands of dollars per month. The truth is, survey sites do not claim that much earning because it’s almost impossible.

The fact that Gold Opinions is claiming that it can help its users earn that amount is a bit alarming, to say the least. I’ve reviewed close to a hundred survey companies and nothing even came close to thousand dollars a month guaranteed earnings, but there’s a first time for everything, right?

That’s what we’re going to find out in this review.

Who Can Become A Member?

Anyone can be a member, basically. All you need to do is go to their page and register. However, you will quickly find out that they require a membership fee of $27 per month, which is only my second time witnessing something this radical.

Normally, like in 99% of survey sites, they don’t get asked for a monthly fee. Most survey websites’ membership is free with very few requirements. Gold Opinions are very different in that regard.

If you peel back a little bit further though, one thing will become apparent and that’s what we’re going to discuss in the next section.

Is Gold Opinions Really A Survey Site Or Something Else Entirely?

Gold Opinions isn’t really a survey site that provides actual survey opportunities. It only provides people with a list of survey websites that can sign up to make money. This distinction is vital to identifying the issues of this program.

Gold Opinions makes it appear that it is an actual survey with actual surveys to give out when it doesn’t. This is very misleading which leads me to question the entire foundation of this program. Another thing that I found weird when I first looked into this program is the monthly recurring fee which sticks out because not one good survey site does it to the degree that this program does it.

It’s not fair to refer to Gold Opinions as a survey site because it’s not. It’s a glorified listing of survey websites that you can make money from, many of which you can easily find from a simple Google Search.

Is Gold Opinions Worth Your Time Or Money?

Of course, before I write any kind of conclusion for this program, I should do an in-depth analysis of its structure. Perhaps the $27/month fee is worth it and I didn’t give it any chance.

The way Gold Opinions work is it has two main categories that you can choose into. They have Premium Paid Surveys and Paid Surveys by Country. You click any of these two and will be given a list of survey sites you can register to.

If you think that this function is worth $27/month, then, by all means, become a member. If you’re going to ask for my personal opinion though, this function isn’t worth that much. In fact, you can find most of the websites on the list if you do a simple Google search, and that costs like, what, zero dollars?

In short, this program isn’t worth getting.

Checking The Claims Of Gold Opinions

The first claim of Gold Opinions and one that they’ve used as their tagline is they claim to help you earn thousands of dollars per month just by answering surveys alone. When I first read this, I knew something weird is bound to pop up because no legit survey website has that earning potential.

Another claim of Gold Opinions is their surveys can make you $5 to $50. There are two lies within this single claim alone. One, they do not provide surveys even if they like to appear that they do. Two, you won’t make that much answering surveys no matter how intensive they are.

Think of it this way – anyone can answer a survey. The only real requirement is that they belong to a certain demographic that is being tested. That is neither hard nor difficult to find which means that the supply is higher than the demand, thus, creating very cheap labor pay. That’s just how it is.

I could go on and on about the failings of this program as a whole but this should give you the picture. Gold Opinions isn’t a survey site but rather a paid listing service for survey websites.

What I Like About Gold Opinions

Normally, I’d say something good about a program no matter how small just to make sure I’ve got all my bases covered, and that I gave it a thorough analysis. If the program is bad, I normally go with something like “at least it has a money-back guarantee,” – something I can’t say about this program because it does not have that.

I really can’t find many reasons why you should even check out this program. Perhaps the only real good thing about it is it’s available on many countries – see below.

The Verdict – Is Gold Opinions A Scam?

Technically speaking, I can’t call this program a scam because it actually does what it says although it does it very poorly. If you check their phrasing, they are purposely being very vague about what their program is about and that’s intended. They don’t want to become overtly obvious about what they’re doing.

Gold Opinions is a glorified directory for survey websites. If you’re okay with paying $27/month for this kind of listing service, that is for you to decide. The choice couldn’t be any clearer though – skip this one!
