Signing up to Fivver is free, but only registered users may buy and sell digital service (called gigs) on Fiverr. Buyers place orders in advance, and sellers keep 80% of each gig they sellers and successfully delivered.

Fiverr Complaints

There a bunch of complaints related to the service offers by the Fiverr. I have been using this platform for several hiring writers, but now I use the service only to get some content ideas.

At the time of this review, Fiverr has the lowest possible Better Business Bureau rating, an F. BBB ranks companies on F to A+ scale, Fiverr’s rank is a poor rating. Receiving F from BBB is a sign of untrusthworthy company.

Below is the what the customer say about them.

Personally, I had encounterd the same situation like this more that a dozen time.

Who Is Fiverr For?

Fiverr is targeted for virtually everyone who is already using the computer and wants to earn extra money for things they love doing. Have you ever imagined a place you can offer a service and you are paid after such tasks are completed? Then Fiverr is a place for you.

Are you good at writing? You can create a writing and proofreading gig. Are you excellent in creating professional websites? You may offer your skill to help many new startups out there for the money.

If you have talents in areas like design work, online marketing, search engine optimization, and copywriting – work that can be done from anywhere and then delivered online, Fiver could be the best starting point for you to become your own boss.

Very like a self-employed person, you have more control of your time, get to work when you want to and with whom you want to work with. Many people quit their 9- 5 job and went full-time on Fiver and some are making good money there.

If you have little experience in freelancing, Fiverr is a good place to start with $5 gigs to test the market. If your gigs have a market there, you can scale them and earn more by offering various side gigs.

My Final Opinion: Is Fiverr Scam Or Not?

This is a great product which offers a good deal of tools, training, and support. Shai Wininger, Micha Kaufman, and Fiverr are definitely one of the more legitimate groups within an industry. They are definitely good guys in the industry.

Fiverr is a valuable freelance website that provides benefits both seller and buyer. It allows sellers a lot of freedom in what they choose to offer and what extra they choose to charge for their works. It can be your first step to become your boss.

Some entrepreneurs use Fiverr to start from scratch, while many use the Fiverr to take their existing business to a new level.

For Buyers, it is very important to know exactly what you are looking for since a lot of works are done quickly and cheaply.

There isn’t a large risk, but sometimes it is hard to find a dependable seller to provide you with quality works. This may take time and energy. If you plan to sell your time on Fiverr, firstly you have to think.

Are you wanting to maintain part-time hours? Or is your dream to build up a full-time income from gigs work?

I think isn’t worth much your potential because it hard to provide you with a full-time income. So you should be approached with a careful and well thought out plan of action. It is a good place for those who want to exchange their free time with little money.

However, Fiverr is still a program I would definitely recommend to anyone (as a second alternative) who is wanting to earn extra money offering some easy tasks and wanting to do what they love in their spare time.

When talking about membership sites that teach you how to build an online business, it’s not possible to compare them to Wealthy Affiliate Program.

  1. Hi Maya Leighton,
    Thanks for stopping by!

I am also using Fiverr several years now and many times I am getting involved in their forum.

After more than 3 years of using their service, I come to know that it is not a good place for an excellent articles. Because most the articles I get there I have to check if the information is relevant and supplement them with my personal researches.
    Btw, thanks for sharing.
