Cashback Research Reviews
Product Name: Cashback Research
Rating: 4.9 out of 10
It’s not uncommon for people, even those in the working-class, to search for additional ways to earn money online. That’s just the reality of the situation today. Many of us are barely just scraping by, thus, we need additional sources of income to actually feel more comfortable.
That is the reason why so many online opportunities are popping into existence today. The demand for extra earning opportunities is going up and there’s no sign of it stopping. People are continuously scramming to find legitimate ways to make money, and most of them are turning online.
That’s what I am here for today. I am going to review online earning opportunities to help you determine if they are worth your time or not. Plenty of times you will find fake opportunities that will only end up wasting your time. That’s the main reason I created this website. I want to help my fellow marketers to identify which products are scams and which are legitimate.
Today’s review is for a product called Cashback Research, a survey site that is a relative newcomer in the industry. Is it worth your time? Let’s find out.
What Is Cashback Research?
Cashback Research is a survey provider company that claims to pay its users with cash for their opinions. It isn’t that much different from other survey websites. The claims are mostly the same as other survey websites.
The main difference between survey websites is their ability to actually provide survey opportunities. Too many survey companies promise everything but fail to deliver because the demand for surveys now is higher than the supply.
In this review, we’re going to look into the inner workings of this platform to see if actually has the capability to provide consistent surveys for its users.
The Main Claim Of Cashback Research
This is their tagline – “Take Paid Surveys Online for Cash. You won’t get rich, but you will get paid!”
To be fair, their tagline is refreshingly very honest about the industry as a whole. You won’t get rich from answering surveys – that’s just the truth. Even if you manage to join and answer every survey program available for you, you will barely make enough money to consider it a salary.
If your main goal is to earn good money, I must inform you now that you are looking at the wrong product. Answering surveys don’t pay much. You’re lucky if you get more than $1 per completed survey. We’ll discuss more the compensation in the section below.
How Much Can You Earn From Cashback Research?
As with all survey companies, it’s hard to give an estimate of how much can you actually earn from it. There are just too many factors to consider like your demographic, location, age, and survey availability.
Needless to say, you should not expect much from it anyway. They have a minimum $20 payout threshold which means that you won’t be able to withdraw money unless you reach that amount. Based on the reviews online, it’s likely that you won’t reach this target even if you consistently finish surveys for months. That’s how low the average pay is.
How To Become A Member?
Registering isn’t that much different than other sites. The only real difference is the signing up structure which is pretty interesting, to say the least. Let me explain.
Once you get verified, you will receive a bonus of $5. You are then eligible for $0.05 for every login. If you consider their $20 minimal payout threshold, you can earn that amount in 300 days without even completing a survey. All you have to do is log in. If you have the patience for that, then it’s free $20.
If you want to actually answer surveys to earn money, you should finish 10 Profile Surveys first. Only then would you qualify for future surveys. You should be able to finish the 10 surveys in less than 15 minutes. You will earn approximately $0.25.
What I Like About Cashback Research
- The dashboard design of this survey website is surprisingly very easy to navigate. Most survey websites have an almost cramped feel to it, making it hard to actually find what you’re looking for. Cashback Research did its research (no pun intended) when it made its website.
- They have customer support on standby in case you run into some troubles when using the program.
What I Don’t Like About Cashback Research
- It takes time for your completed surveys to be marked as ‘complete.’ In some cases, some of the surveys you took won’t even be marked ‘completed,’ rendering your effort worthless.
- Just like other websites, it’s up to your profile if you get picked for a survey or not. Basically, your luck in finding surveys to answer is tied directly to your demographic.
- Reports of unpaid credits. If you do a quick search online, you will find plenty of complaints about this company. And no, I am not saying that they are true but it’s actually pretty telling, especially when the complaints seem to only get bigger down the line.
The Verdict – Can You Make Money With Cashback Research?
To be honest, I am not a fan of this website at all, speaking from my own experience.
The only easy part of joining this website is the ‘joining’ part. Any other process and you will just frustrate yourself with how slow and clunky their services are.
One issue that kept popping up was the ‘denied’ prompt which basically rendered more than 50% of your completed surveys useless. They don’t actually tell you that your submission was ‘denied’ rather they just put it in limbo.
Another issue was the ridiculous $20 minimum payout threshold. Consider that you will earn only from 50% of the surveys you completed, which roughly just translates to $0.50 per day and that’s if you’re lucky. In reality, you will earn much much lower than that. I’m going to spare you the math here. But to put a figure in your head, you will need to answer surveys every day for 7 months to earn $20.
It’s not worth it in my opinion. There are better alternatives out there which will allow you to earn and withdraw more easily.
Alternative To Survey Websites
If you are looking for an overall better alternative to survey websites, then you should definitely check out another industry. The truth is, you won’t earn much from survey websites. They aren’t designed that way. You are only going to earn pocket money from them at the maximum.
To earn a more respectable amount of money online, you should focus instead on another industry. You should look into affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing has been here as long as the internet itself which means it isn’t just a fad that would fade away in time. It’s here to stay, and now is the perfect time as any to dip your toes into it.
